Dear Reader,

Season’s greetings! We’re pleased to present the December issue of Spark. This month, as we look to wrap up the year, our theme is ‘The Past and the Future’. The issue is packed with great poems, photography and heart-warming fiction. As voices of the month, we have Dr. Michael Petraglia, archaeologist, and Bhavani Prakash, environment activist, discussing the past and the future in terms of their work. Besides these interesting topics to explore in this issue, we also present a new layout – fresh and simple – that we hope you like.

Click here or on the image below to read it on ISSUU in the digital magazine format. Alternatively, you may click here to read it as a PDF.

As always, we request you to let us know what you think of the issue by leaving a comment here or sending an email to comments.spark@gmail.com. If you’re interested in contributing to the January issue, please visit the Write for Us page.

We’ll not hold you back any longer. Enjoy the issue, and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
